We’re a different kind of organization – multi-specialty, single goal. We are united to ensure that those who practice medicine experience intellectually, emotionally, and financially rewarding careers. With VitalMD®, you’ll run your office with the clout of a large group, and the administrative support of a proven Management Services Organization (MSO). By affiliating with VitalMD you have the benefit of a strong peer community. As an affiliate of VitalMD, you’re both a member and an owner. VitalMD prides itself on being physician-owned and physician-led by members who empower one another to achieve success. Since 2004, VitalMD affiliated LLCs have grown from a handful of practices, to nearly 300 care centers with over 600 providers.

VitalMD membership is selective, to ensure all members share the same values, quality standards, and innovative mindset about medicine and patient care. You’ll find a collegial group that comprises practices of all different sizes covering a broad range of specialties. And that’s what sets us apart. Services

The following services are provided by a trusted MSO. Through your
affiliation with VitalMD you will have access to a wide range of helpful resources.

Our Accounting and Finance team takes care of your finances to ensure you are on track for a better bottom line. Accounting services include opening new business checking accounts, monthly bank reconciliations, year-end accounting reviews, and QuickBooks training.
The Compliance team makes it easier for your team to stay abreast of government and legal requirements by administering in-depth education programs, conducting HIPAA Security Risk Assessments, and producing and analyzing practice-specific reports. Our goal is to prevent misconduct and abuse of regulatory guidelines while promoting ethics, honesty, and efficiency.
The Data Services team provides benchmark metrics to help identify the strongest and weakest areas of each member’s performance. Data services include data conversions, financial projections, physician scorecards, and data support for practice-specific projects.
Our Employee Services team helps streamline your back-office workflow, process, and procedures to enhance your front office experience. We handle staff payroll and benefits, so your staff can focus on providing the quality care your patients deserve. Other services offered include policy creation and management, new-hire background checks, vendor interaction, and tax documentation.
Reducing costs is a cornerstone for success. Our Group Purchasing team has developed preferred purchasing agreements with a broad range of over 50 partners – from information technology systems to office supplies – to offer you cost-effective business solutions that meet the needs of your office.
The IT team ensures your practice is working at its fullest potential by providing ongoing maintenance and technical service support, including hardware and software upgrades, coordination of system-related equipment repairs, and a help desk available during normal business hours. Other IT services include network architecture, remote monitoring, and electronic health records (EHR) implementation.
Our Legal counsel advises you on everything from professional services contracts and confidential disclosure requirements to affiliation agreements with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, government agencies, and universities. We provide full support for physician clients with regard to the onboarding of providers to their offices, which includes contract negotiation, document review for each new provider, as well as guidance regarding the exit of providers from an office.
